At World Social Integration (WSI), customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to deliver high-quality digital services, social platform features, and technology solutions. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is requested.

Our refund policy applies only to eligible cases and is subject to review and approval by WSI. If you are dissatisfied with any paid service, virtual item, or coin purchase, you may request a refund under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are strictly limited to the value of unused or unconsumed coins or services. Once coins, virtual items, or services are used, consumed, or activated on the platform, they become non-refundable.

Refund requests will be considered only if:

  • The request is genuine and supported by valid reasons
  • The issue is verified after internal review or investigation
  • The coins or services have not been fully or partially consumed

Refund Process

Once a refund request is approved:

  • The refund process will be initiated within 7 business days
  • The refunded amount will be credited within 7–15 business days, depending on your payment provider, bank, or gateway

WSI is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party service providers.

  • All digital services, creator tools, campaigns, and IT services may be governed by separate agreements
  • Refund eligibility may vary depending on the nature of the service
